This year I decided to do the Inktober Challenge: an ink drawing per day during all of October. I’ve been stocking for months on paper and ink and pens to practice traditional art and until now they’ve been gathering dust in a closet… so this is the perfect exercise. Working with real ink is daunting and unforgiving, requiring lots of patience and planning… so these are a bit shaky, a bit rough. But I’m enjoying myself a lot and slowly losing my fear of the medium. Good things might come out of this.
