And now, after two weeks of absence, you’ll have to put up with my slides from my Japan-Malaysia trip. Gather round, children, and kill the lights.

A very, very recent update for the Wacom Intuos4 drivers finally addressed some awful sensitivity issues with Photoshop CS5. It’s total vindication: I thought I was crazy, nobody ever mentioned the problem, yet I could see how even the Bamboo Fun actually worked better than the Intuos4. The pressure is smoother now, which means I can stop using MyPaint, which is great for drawing but crashes too often and lacks basic editing tools.

So anyway, I loved Japan, Malaysia was great too; expect the next few strips to be about all the pictures of food I took.
